Elyte Fleet is a private, invitation-only concierge membership program. Membership is granted by approval only and may be suspended or revoked at any time, with or without cause, at Elyte Fleet’s discretion.
Elyte Fleet is not a taxi, rideshare, limousine, shuttle, or public transportation service. We do not offer transportation for hire. Any courtesy travel provided is incidental to a broader, pre-arranged concierge experience requested by a Member and reviewed in advance.
All concierge experiences:
No request is considered confirmed unless expressly acknowledged in writing. Elyte Fleet reserves the right to modify, limit, or decline any request.
Silence, availability inquiries, or preliminary communications do not constitute confirmation.
Elyte Fleet provides non-medical, non-emergency concierge support, which may include coordination, waiting, escorting, errands, or related assistance.
We do not guarantee travel times, routes, outcomes, or conditions at third-party locations. Requests exceeding the approved scope may require reassessment or additional authorization.
Participation in concierge experiences may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with any Elyte Fleet concierge experience.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Lifeline Safety First LLC, Elyte Fleet, and their owners, operators, contractors, drivers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in any concierge experience.
Elyte Fleet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Elyte Fleet does not provide medical, nursing, caregiving, emergency, or clinical services.
Any assistance related to medical appointments or procedures is strictly non-medical in nature, such as coordination, waiting, or escorting. All medical decisions and care remain your responsibility.
Elyte Fleet assumes no liability for medical outcomes, delays, or decisions.
If a concierge experience involves a minor:

Elyte Fleet operates on mutual respect and safety.
Harassment, unsafe behavior, or treating Elyte Fleet team members as “the help” will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership and denial of future service.
Member information is used solely to review, coordinate, and confirm concierge experiences. Elyte Fleet does not sell Member information. Additional details are outlined in the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the concierge experience primarily occurs, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
